Fibber McGee and Molly presents “Doc’s Secret Trip,” originally broadcast December 2, 1954. This archival recording is identified as episode 1045; the episode is also commonly cataloged under the fuller title “Doc’s Secret Hunting Trip.”
Doc Gamble is making quiet plans of his own, but Fibber McGee’s involvement threatens to complicate everything. Jim and Marian Jordan star as Fibber and Molly, in a script by Phil Leslie directed by Max Hutto.
Fibber McGee and Molly presents the original broadcast with a newly produced contextual introduction, a short closing announcement, and gently cleaned/mastered audio for a more consistent listening experience.
