Yours Truly Johnny Dollar presents “The Forbes Matter Part 5,” originally broadcast on CBS Radio on December 30, 1955. In the concluding chapter of this five-part serial, Bob Bailey stars as insurance investigator Johnny Dollar in a script by John Dawson.
Johnny follows the trail of a New York embezzlement claim involving Century Styles Incorporated and bookkeeper Sheldon Forbes, as costly gifts and personal relationships complicate the case. This local archival recording preserves the final installment of the 1955 story.
Yours Truly Johnny Dollar presents the original broadcast with a newly produced contextual introduction, a short closing announcement, and gently cleaned/mastered audio for a more consistent listening experience.
