Cy: Roedd haul haf yn tywynnu yn gryf, gan wneud i'r awyr ymchwyddo gyda'r gwres.
En: The summer sun was shining brightly, making the air shimmer with heat.

Cy: Roedd heol fawr y dref yn llawn pobl yn prynu nwyddau ar gyfer dychwelyd i'r ysgol.
En: The main street of the town was full of people buying goods for the return to school.

Cy: Siopau'n brysur, gweithwyr yn rhedeg ar hyd y lle, a Gareth yn sefyll o flaen gorsaf heddlu.
En: Shops were busy, workers running around, and Gareth was standing in front of the police station.

Cy: Gareth oedd athro trefnus iawn.
En: Gareth was a very organized teacher.

Cy: Roedd pob term ysgol wedi’i drefnu'n fanwl i’r eithaf.
En: Every school term was arranged in meticulous detail.

En: "Everything I have is on it."

Cy: ”“Rydyn ni'n brysur iawn heddiw,” meddai Carys, “ond byddwn ni’n gwneud ein gorau i'ch helpu chi.
En: "We're very busy today," said Carys, "but we'll do our best to help you."

Cy: ”Rhwng aros am i Carys gymryd ei fanylion, dechreuodd Gareth feddwl o ddifrif.
En: While waiting for Carys to take his details, Gareth started to think seriously.

Cy: Roedd angen iddo gymryd pethau yn ei ddwylo ei hun.
En: He needed to take matters into his own hands.

Cy: Roedd yn cofio bod wedi stopio am baned mewn caffi ar ddiwrnod prynu.
En: He remembered stopping for a cup of tea in a café on a shopping day.

Cy: “Wna i fynd ar fy ôl,” meddai'n sydyn wrth Carys, yn diweddgar o'i chais am gymorth.
En: "I'll retrace my steps," he said suddenly to Carys, politely declining her offer of help.

En: Shirts and pinks billowed as he ran out of the station.

En: He picked it up quickly and sighed in relief.

En: The rush and the stress had ended.

Cy: Yn ôl i’r orsaf, aeth Gareth, gyda’r cyfrifiadur gliniadur dan ei fraich.
En: Back to the station he went, with the laptop under his arm.

Cy: Edrychodd tuag at Carys gyda diolchgarwch.
En: He looked towards Carys with gratitude.

Cy: “Mae'n ddiogel nawr.
En: "It's safe now."

Cy: ”Pan gerddodd adref, roedd yn teimlo bod e wedi dysgu rhywbeth newydd.
En: As he walked home, he felt he had learned something new.

Cy: Roedd meddwl yn glir, a'r gorffennol yn rhoi gwersion pwysig iddo ef.
En: His mind was clear, and the past had given him important lessons.
