WWE SummerSlam is upon us, and after a VERY difficult road creatively, tonight's card has the potential to be one of the best SummerSlam nights in years. Or WWE finds another way to let us down.

SummerSlam 2026 Night One is here and the card is loaded. CM Punk defends the Undisputed WWE Championship against Cody Rhodes with a potential heel turn hanging over everything. Oba Femi and Brock Lesnar close the show inside Hell in a Cell in Minneapolis where Lesnar went to college. Nick Aldis steps into the ring for the first time in WWE after 3 years to go one on one with Gunther. Liv Morgan FINALLY defends her WWE Women's World Championship against this years reigning Queen of the Ring in IYO SKY. And, The Bloodline, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, and Jacob Fatu battle LA Knight, Royce Keys, and Solo Sikoa in a big 6 Man Tag Team battle.
