1. Pi 1.0 Release
Pi one point zero brings a new release of the customizable AI agent harness, the software that connects a model to tools and manages its work. Earendil's release post describes new support for Code Mode, which lets the agent write code to use connected capabilities, alongside deferred tool loading, additional model types, and changes to the terminal interface.
2. StreetComplete iOS Beta
StreetComplete has reached public beta on iOS, bringing its question-based approach to improving OpenStreetMap to iPhone users. The project turns missing map details into small tasks you can complete while walking around, such as checking a road surface or a business's opening hours.
3. Clef Decision Models
Cloudflare’s Clef gives software a way to ask an AI model for a decision with a probability attached. The company’s post introduces Clef and Clef-flash, two models that classify text and images into predefined answers, with examples including routing support tickets and identifying suspicious websites.
That wraps today's front page.
