1-Minute Meditation for Authenticity — Day 5 of Undiluted You: The Version You Water Down

You can't be met at a strength you never showed up at.

There's a full-strength version of you, and there's the one you serve to most people. Watered down. Easier to take. And it isn't only the hard things you dilute; it's the enthusiasm, the odd interest nobody else has, the way you actually laugh.

This is Day 5 of our 7-day Undiluted You series. When people only meet the watered-down version, that's the version they love. And then you're lonely in rooms full of people who care about you.

Spot what you dilute: enthusiasm, interests, your real laugh

The quiet cost: being lonely around people who love you

Choose one place, not everywhere, to show up at full strength

Let someone meet the real concentration of you

Tell someone what you actually think about the thing you love. Under 2 minutes.
