CBS Radio Mystery Theater presents “The Murder Market,” originally broadcast December 23, 1975, as episode 401. Written by Sam Dann and produced and directed by Himan Brown, the drama features Rosemary Murphy with Robert Dryden, Ann Pitoniak, and Ian Martin.
Theodora Lewis, restless in a humdrum life and frustrated by her penny-pinching fiancé, is drawn toward the promise of an exciting new career. But the world of a forceful business entrepreneur brings her dangerously close to homicide.
CBS Radio Mystery Theater presents the original broadcast with a newly produced contextual introduction, a short closing announcement, and gently cleaned/mastered audio for a more consistent listening experience.
