The Shadow presents “Death in a Minor Key,” originally broadcast June 2, 1946, episode 374. In this Mutual Broadcasting System production, Bret Morrison stars as Lamont Cranston, with Lesley Woods as Margot Lane.
A troubling case at Dr. Norton’s private sanitarium draws Lamont and Margot into a web of suspicious deaths, a disputed inheritance, ominous music, and lurking danger. Written by Tom Wilson and sponsored by Blue Coal, this title should not be confused with a separate 1940 Shadow broadcast of the same name.
The Shadow presents the original broadcast with a newly produced contextual introduction, a short closing announcement, and gently cleaned/mastered audio for a more consistent listening experience.
