Suspense presents “Death Notice,” episode 789, originally broadcast on CBS Radio on February 8, 1959. Victor Jory stars in this late-run drama, directed and produced by William N. Robson.
After Charlie Slade receives a devastating medical diagnosis, he is forced to confront the life he has been living and the people closest to him. With time suddenly uncertain, an ordinary domestic world takes on new urgency in this reflective suspense drama.
Old Time Horror Radio presents the original broadcast with a newly produced contextual introduction, a short closing announcement, and gently cleaned and mastered audio for a more consistent listening experience.
