When people see a BDSM scene, they usually only witness the final result. But what happens before it begins? And what happens afterwards?

In this episode, I, Ana Vaz, take you behind the scenes of Behind the Power, a collaborative project designed to show that BDSM is about much more than the practices themselves. I share how the project came to life, why I chose to publicly explore my switch side, and how we turned negotiation, a live performance and aftercare into an educational journey.

I also introduce Live the Practice, a workshop created for people who want to move beyond theory, meet others in the community and explore BDSM in a safe, structured and supportive environment.
