In this episode of The Life of a Multifacet, I’m talking about why my personal new year doesn’t really start on January 1.
For me, January and February usually feel like a warm-up. I may have goals written down, I may know what I want for the year, but my real rhythm usually starts around March and April. That’s when things start clicking, my mind starts locking in, and I feel myself stepping into a new season for real.
This episode gets into fitness, weight loss, survival mode, giving myself grace, starting a new job, building consistency, creating content, hitting over 50 podcast episodes, and realizing I’m not starting from ground zero anymore.
Sometimes you’re not behind. Sometimes you’re just adjusting into a different version of yourself.
And for me, this season is about less overthinking, more grace, and remembering that the work I already put in still counts.
