Putting Yourself Out There With Courage

Today, as I posted on my Instagram regarding some weight progress updates, I felt a strong sense of happiness and appreciation in my spirit.

I allowed myself to share another piece of myself, unapologetically! It's not easy to share vulnerable moments about ourselves, but the vulnerable and honest moments are the ones that can truly showcase our character.

Many people only share their highlights and good moments. What about the progress? What about when you didn't feel or look your best self? It's great to share these pieces just as much. Deep down, people appreciate authenticity and integrity. I enjoy doing what everyone else may not be doing because I feel this is what gives people the opportunity to connect with me on a deeper level.
