Comfort Zone Will Keep You Stuck

I recorded this about a month before turning 30… and now that I’m here, it hits even harder.

This episode is me reflecting on my 20s and realizing how much of my growth came from getting uncomfortable. From moving to a new city, navigating life on my own, going through setbacks, building new skills, and figuring out who I really am… none of that happens if I stay in my comfort zone.

I talk about how easy it is to stay where things feel familiar… but how that same comfort can quietly keep you stuck.

This was also a moment for me to really give myself credit. Not waiting on validation from others, but recognizing the work, the risks, and the growth I created on my own.

Now being 30, I can say it clearly… everything that moved my life forward came from stepping into discomfort and trusting myself anyway.

Because at the end of the day, your comfort zone will keep you stuck… if you let it.
