What "Your Kingdom Come" Really Means | Dr. David Chotka

Most Christians have prayed the Lord's Prayer hundreds of times. But have you ever stopped to consider what you're actually praying when you say, "Your Kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven"?

In Part 2 of my conversation with Dr. David Chotka, we explore one of the most misunderstood phrases in Scripture. Dr. Chotka explains that praying for God's Kingdom is far more than asking for His blessing—it's an invitation to submit to the reign of King Jesus and participate in His mission to push back the kingdom of darkness.

We also discuss:

•  What it means for God's Kingdom to come "on earth as it is in heaven"
•  Why the Lord's Prayer is much more than a religious ritual
•  How the Holy Spirit empowers believers to live as citizens of God's Kingdom
•  The connection between spiritual warfare and the Lord's Prayer
•  A practical way to pray Scripture that can transform your personal prayer life

Near the end of our conversation, Dr. Chotka shares a simple illustration from 1 John that has already changed the way I pray for the people I love. It's practical, biblical, and something I believe you'll carry with you long after this episode ends.

Whether you've prayed the Lord's Prayer your entire life or you're hearing these ideas for the first time, this conversation will challenge you to slow down, think deeply, and pray with greater purpose.
