Jared Curtis Faces VERY Hostile Road Test in Athens, Can he Succeed?

Vanderbilt Commodores face a high-stakes challenge as five-star freshman quarterback Jared Curtis returns to Athens to take on the Georgia Bulldogs. With Curtis set to face a fierce 93,000-strong Sanford Stadium crowd and a relentless UGA defense led by Kirby Smart, can he find his rhythm and lead Vanderbilt's search for a new offensive identity? The storyline intensifies as Curtis, once twice committed to Georgia, looks to prove himself against a loaded Bulldogs roster anchored by quarterback Gunner Stockton.

Corey Burton breaks down Vanderbilt’s offensive line struggles, the emergence (or absence) of a second wide receiver, and the need for aggressive play-calling from Tim Beck. Insights include the potential for schematic adjustments to counter Georgia’s pressure, the battle in the trenches against Georgia’s dominant offensive line, and questions about Steve Gregory’s role on defense. Can Vanderbilt find a path through the Bulldogs’ obstacles, or will Sanford Stadium remain an unsolvable riddle?
