Vanderbilt's Game Plan to Shock Georgia: Create Chaos?

Vanderbilt faces a massive challenge on the road against the top-ranked Georgia Bulldogs, but can chaos give the Commodores a fighting chance? Corey Burton and Mike Huseman break down Vanderbilt’s need to shake off conservative play-calling and unleash quarterback Jared Curtis, questioning if opening up the offense and playing with tempo is the key to competing in Athens. Issues of team identity, coaching adjustments, and the impact of former standout Diego Pavia are front and center as Vanderbilt searches for answers on both sides of the ball.

Key topics include first-down efficiency, red zone execution, and the importance of generating havoc plays to disrupt Georgia’s rhythm. The conversation digs into defensive mindset shifts, explosive plays, and special teams matchups—while pondering if the Commodores can create enough turnovers and unpredictability to upset the Bulldogs and build confidence for the rest of the season. Is chaos the recipe for a Vanderbilt shocker?
