EPISODE 9: Manifestation

In this episode of the True Freedom Podcast on MANIFESTATION, we discuss the importance of revisiting certain topics, particularly Commitment and its relationship with True Freedom. We also touch upon the tradition of New Year's Resolutions, questioning their effectiveness and proposing a better approach to creating the year one desires. We explore the concept of manifestation and the power of visualisation and meditation in setting intentions and manifesting outcomes. We emphasise the importance of holding things lightly, not being too attached to specific outcomes, and fully committing to every situation with an open heart. Finally we reflect on the year's work and resolutions for the upcoming year, as well as future plans for our series....
