There's nationwide outrage over a scandal at one of the most prestigious schools in the country — Cornell University. The outrage has been building since a female student filed a lawsuit two weeks ago alleging she was drugged and gang-raped in 2024 by seven fraternity brothers. No criminal charges have been filed.  Now, the criminal investigation is being reopened and the district attorney says he will let a grand jury decide whether charges are warranted. Ann Mercogliano has the latest. Last week we told you about the outpouring of donations to a GoFundMe set up for an 81-year-old man seen delivering heavy luggage to pay for his wife's cancer treatments. Well, as Alison Hall reports, after questions were raised, those donations are all being refunded. Then, it’s being called one of the dirtiest plays in football. A USC linebacker hit Oregon's quarterback so hard that he suffered a concussion, leaving the game on a stretcher. But the big controversy is over what the linebacker did after the play — celebrating, as team doctors rushed to help the injured player. He later apologized but as Jim Moret reports, the quarterback's coach is calling what happened “disgusting.” Finally, it’s still really wet along the East Coast after a nor'easter brought high winds and a non-stop torrential downpour. The weather was a big dilemma for brides — many canceled, but others went ahead with their big day, even without the cooperation of Mother Nature.
