We're learning more about the doctor who was killed in bed while he and his wife were sleeping, attacked by a knife-wielding intruder — their two children fleeing to a neighbor's house. Police say the suspect was psychotic, ranting during the attack. The big question being asked now: did the doctor and his accused killer know each other?
