In this week’s episode of One Thirty Biohacks, we sit down with Eline Duk — chronic illness and pain coach, somatic practitioner, and founder of The Spoonies Community.
After two life-altering accidents, Eline spent years navigating chronic pain and neurological symptoms that left her disconnected from her body and unsure how to move forward. What she couldn’t find in the traditional healthcare system, she began creating herself — combining somatic coaching, community, and deep nervous system work to support women living with chronic illness and pain.
