He's founder and president of Sleepwell Consultants, adjunct clinical associate professor in Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford, and spent twenty-five years before that as director of behavioral sleep medicine at the Sleep Disorders Center of Lifespan Hospitals.
