046: designing a life of freedom ( with Vihra from Authentic Life Design)

In this week's Life Design Talk I'm sharing with you my journey of how I ended up becoming a life design and business coach and living a life of freedom, outdoor activities and alignment. I wanted to record my raw story so you see the work, the confusion and the doubts that have been there in this process. It took a lot of courage and a whole lot of trial and errors in my life to be where I am today. So with this episode I hope I can create a little window in my life and you can get the whole picture.

IN THIS EPISODE I TALK ABOUT:

• the importance of asking yourself the hard questions
• finding your values and definition of success
• the 3 most important years in my life
