If you’re feeling like the juggle is real, unenjoyable and you’re struggling to keep up with the kid’s activities, here are some things to consider.

Is my child still enjoying the activity? Does it light them up or drain them?

Are we constantly rushing or do we feel reasonably calm?

Is my kid getting enough sleep?

Are we doing this for them or us?
