Join me as I recount my frustrating experience with a new protein shop that turned out to be selling Herbalife products. What started as a promising trip for a Reese's Peanut Butter protein shake quickly turned sour once I realized the brand they were using. I'll discuss my disdain for Herbalife, past experiences, and why I consider it a pyramid scheme. Stick around for some straight talk and unfiltered opinions on protein brands and what to avoid. Plus, shoutouts to my podcast sponsors and some foodie adventures!
