Ep. 641 - Live Bonus Show - Was the Disney Adventure Maiden Voyage Worth the Trip to Singapore? — DCL Duo Podcast: A Disney Cruise Line Fan Podcast

Jeremiah from Laughing Place sailed the Disney Adventure — Disney Cruise Line's newest ship, homeported in Singapore — on the maiden voyage, and he joins Sam and Brian LIVE to give the full debrief. From a muster drill that was a "giant cluster" to a stage show that just might be the best Disney has ever put on a ship, this is the most honest first look at the Adventure you'll find anywhere.

In this episode:

The rides situation: the Iron Man coaster was still down on the maiden, the Pym Cars are a tiny circular track, and the "secret" hot dogs are just... hot dogs
The "Remember" stage show featuring WALL-E and EVE — why Jeremiah calls it the best Disney jukebox show since the 90s and the one scene guaranteed to make you cry
No adult-only spaces on the entire ship — and what happens to the pools once the kids arrive
Embarkation day: no grand atrium entrance, muster chaos, and a sail-away party that happened multiple times before the ship even left the dock
Food highlights and lowlights: bao buns, real-heat Indian dishes, a legendary limoncello soufflé at Palo, and a pizza counter the size of a couch
We kick off Season 7 with the big news: a new Wish Class ship is coming in 2027 with Encanto, Frozen, Snow White, Moana, and The Little Mermaid on board

"The ship is great. It's just not my Disney ship. It doesn't scream all the Disney that I want... the shows are amazing, the cast members top-notch, but it just isn't a complete vacation for me." — Jeremiah, Laughing Place
