Are Mounting Bills Injuries Worthy Of Concern Yet? — Talking Buffalo

The Buffalo Bills’ injury list continues to grow as the regular-season opener approaches. Patrick Moran examines whether fans should be concerned about several important players missing practice, including Ed Oliver, Khalil Shakir, Connor McGovern, CJ Gardner-Johnson, Keon Coleman and Ty Johnson.

Patrick also breaks down the most notable developments from Buffalo’s joint practice with the Cleveland Browns. Josh Allen and the Bills’ tight ends delivered several offensive highlights, with Dalton Kincaid, Dawson Knox and Jackson Hawes all making impressive plays. Dion Dawkins performed well during one-on-one drills, while Bradley Chubb, Caleb O’Reilly and Dee Alford produced encouraging defensive moments.

Elsewhere, Ian Wheeler continued pushing for a roster spot with another explosive play, and Jordan Hancock strengthened his case for a role in the Bills’ dime defense. However, Cleveland rookie KC Concepcion created problems for Buffalo’s secondary, Geno Stone continued to struggle and Tyler Bass endured another inconsistent kicking performance.
