Should Christians preach the gospel on airplanes?

Recent reports of Christians preaching to fellow airline passengers raise a difficult question: If the gospel is the only cure for humanity’s terminal condition, how urgently should we share it? Yet while some believers evangelize captive audiences, surveys suggest most Christians rarely witness at all. A surprising creative choice in Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey helps explain why our culture often treats spiritual truth differently than earlier generations did. Today, we consider why effective evangelism begins not with trying harder, but with yielding ourselves until Christ is formed in us.
