obby O'Reilly returns to discuss progress at Herdade do Meio, a 70-villa development with fewer than 10 units left to sell and completion expected in March, followed by a second phase adding hotel infrastructure and a sports complex for the local community.
He shares a personal update about giving up alcohol and improving his health to keep up with extensive travel.
The conversation then shifts to Portugal’s residency-by-investment landscape amid immigration-law changes, SEF’s replacement by AIMA, court pressure to clear backlogs, and updated citizenship timelines, emphasizing investment first with residency as a benefit.
Bobby outlines a bundled “360 Future of Living” model that combines legal, tax, investment, relocation, and lifestyle support, expanded via partners and new offices including Taiwan, plus a tourism venture, “UrHome at Sea,” focused on curated experiences along Portugal’s coast.
