Other headlines include economic uncertainty for Lisbon’s vulnerable bottle collectors (the human side of the Volta story), Cristiano Ronaldo leaving the national-team camp and being in doubt for the Denmark match after being benched against Norway, the King of Spain awarding former President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa the Josep Piqué Prize, October tax obligations for businesses and families, state tax revenue rising 5% to €41.5 billion through August, and helmets becoming mandatory for scooter and e-bike users.
Weather is cooler and overcast, with Lisbon around 23°C.
