Many Christians feel disconnected from the life of the local church because of discouragement, spiritual drift, busyness, disappointment, or church hurt. In this episode, Dave Jenkins explains from Luke 15, Matthew 16, Ephesians 2, Hebrews 10, and 1 Corinthians 12 that the grace of God restores wandering believers and brings them into fellowship with Christ's people. Christ loves His church, is building His church, and uses the gathered life of His people as a means of grace for spiritual growth, encouragement, accountability, and perseverance. If you have wandered, you are not too far gone. Christ still welcomes weary and wounded believers home.
