The Scott Adams School - 09/29/26 Steve Cortes Returns. Illegal Immigration. Mid Terms. Space-X

## Tuesday, September 29, 2026 — Steve Cortes Returns

One of our favorite returning guests, **Steve Cortes**, is back with us today.

Steve has a new mini-documentary, **_Danger in the Heartland_**, focused on Wisconsin and illegal immigration, so today we’re digging into the border, immigration enforcement, and the political impact heading into the midterms. The documentary has been circulating this month, including a September 14 appearance discussing the Wisconsin focus. :chatgpt-content-reference{index="0"}

Is illegal immigration the issue Republicans most need to focus on going into the midterms? What is happening at our own border right now, and what are voters actually responding to? We’ll talk through the arguments, the messaging, and the realities on the ground.

And because apparently Earth wasn’t providing enough material, we’re also going to space. **SpaceX’s Starship reached orbit for the first time this week and deployed 26 Starlink satellites**, even though the mission ended earlier than originally planned after an engine issue. :chatgpt-content-reference{index="1"}

We’ll also have some other news, clips, and whatever rabbit holes inevitably appear once the conversation gets going.

**A few classroom reminders:** Debate is welcome. Different opinions are welcome. Being obnoxious is not. We have a moderation team in the chat to help keep things flowing so this stays a place where Scott’s community can relax, talk, laugh, and enjoy the show.

🌶️ **Language may be spicy.** Consider yourselves warned.

Everything discussed here reflects our own opinions and commentary. Do your own research, think for yourself, and make up your own mind.

Please **LIKE, SUBSCRIBE, and SHARE** the show. Every click, share, live viewer, replay viewer, and person who keeps showing up helps us continue Scott Adams’ channels, his work, and the community he built. We truly cannot tell you enough how much that means to us.
