◈ ELIAS LA FUENTE. CHIMICHURRI.
Opens with a cocky salsa-funk bassline, all Motown muscle and disco strut. Then the 2-step shuffle drops. Rimshots ghost between the kicks. Sub-bass locks in low and thick. Tabla weaves through the polyrhythm like it owns the room.
The groove is UKG at its core. Syncopated drum hits, that MJ Cole-era skippy swing, but the flavour is somewhere further south. Juke stabs cut across the rhythm. A Rhodes chord shimmers at the edge. Organ swells push the whole thing toward something warmer, more soulful than straight tech house.

CHIMICHURRI earns its name. Sharp, alive, layered. The frequency sits around 128 BPM but the swing makes it feel faster and slower at once. A dispatch from Elias La Fuente via UXRZONE.
