In this episode, you'll learn:

• How Elizabeth April discovered her extrasensory abilities as a child, shut them down to survive adolescence, and then spent years in college teaching herself remote viewing by practicing on anyone who would sit still long enough

• What remote viewing actually is, how it differs from past life regression, and why Elizabeth believes anyone with focus can learn to do it

• What the Galactic Federation is currently transmitting about the shift humanity is moving through, and why the message keeps coming back to one simple choice: love or fear

• Why Elizabeth says the most important thing right now is not raising your frequency but stabilizing it, and why trying to heal the world when you can't pay your bills is spiritual bypassing

• What Christ Consciousness actually is, what Jesus was here to embody, and why both Jake and Elizabeth believe the Second Coming is not one man returning but all of us remembering

• How ancestral trauma, biological obligation, and the patterns we inherit from our parents are being broken in real time by this generation, and why that is the true start of the new earth
