On July 26, 1993, Harry and Megan Tooze were found murdered at their isolated farmhouse near Llanharry, South Wales. Both had been shot at close range and concealed inside a cowshed. Inside the house, their best china appeared to have been prepared for a visitor, raising a question that remains unanswered: who were they expecting?
Their daughter's boyfriend, Jonathan Jones, was convicted in 1995 after prosecutors pointed to financial problems, inconsistencies in his alibi and a partial thumbprint on a saucer. His conviction was overturned the following year.
