So right here, I'm sharing how to properly clean and maintain your home sauna to help extend its lifespan and protect your investment. After each sauna session, I like to take a few simple steps to ensure it stays in great shape. I always use a big towel to cover the bench to catch that sweat, and I also have a smaller towel handy to wipe off my body as I start to perspire in the intense heat. Trust me, it gets up to 149 degrees, which feels amazing! After I'm done, I rub down the bench and the wooden beams to prevent puddles of sweat that can damage the beautiful wood. It's super important to keep everything clean since it helps avoid discoloration and makes my sauna last longer. An additional tip I recommend is to install a cup holder for your drinks, so you don't accidentally spill any liquids inside. I mean, it’s all about keeping it safe and sound when it comes to sauna maintenance. I also want you to know that if you aren't using the oxygenator that comes with the sauna yet, you'll want to install it soon to keep the air clean and fresh too. Maintaining your sauna properly is not just about cleanliness; it's about improving your wellness experience and taking care of your equipment.
