It was good to have time to chat and listen to why he enjoys Broadstairs and its people.

Everybody in Broadstairs will know Paul. He is always out in all weathers and will always stop for chat. He can been seen up the High Street and the top of Viking Bay doing an important job keeping these areas clean and Tidy.
