2.7 A one way ticket and a lot of faith

What happens when God’s plan looks completely different from your own?

In this video podcast episode, Fernanda shares her testimony of how God led her all the way from Brazil to Norway. It was a journey filled with unexpected turns, closed doors, open doors, and moments where she had to choose between holding on to control and trusting God.

We talk about what it looks like to listen for God’s voice when you don’t know what comes next, how a closed door might actually be God’s direction, and the challenge of surrendering our own plans when He seems to be leading somewhere else. Fernanda’s story is a reminder that trusting God doesn’t always mean knowing where you’re going. Sometimes it simply means being willing to take the next step.

How do we know when God is leading us? What do we do when He closes a door we wanted open? And are we willing to let go of control when God says, “Go”?
