Fibber McGee and Molly presents “Bad Luck with Mirrors,” episode 374 of the classic NBC comedy, originally broadcast on October 19, 1943. Jim and Marian Jordan star as Fibber and Molly McGee, in a script by Don Quinn.
When a household mirror breaks at the McGees’ home in Wistful Vista, Fibber and Molly find themselves worrying about the old superstition of seven years’ bad luck. Their anxious reactions turn a small domestic mishap into a lively comic predicament.
Fibber McGee and Molly presents the original broadcast with a newly produced contextual introduction, a short closing announcement, and gently cleaned/mastered audio for a more consistent listening experience.
