CBS Radio Mystery Theater presents “A Horror Story,” episode 929, originally broadcast December 11, 1978. Written by Elspeth Eric and directed by Himan Brown, this gothic mystery features Robert Dryden, Mary Jane Higby, Ian Martin, and Arnold Moss.
In a New Orleans building shared by a celebrated chef’s private dining salon and a renowned shoemaker’s shop, a hidden diary and an unsettling pair of slippers point toward a disturbing connection between two successful trades—and a haunted past.
CBS Radio Mystery Theater presents the original broadcast with a newly produced contextual introduction, a short closing announcement, and gently cleaned/mastered audio for a more consistent listening experience.
