CBS Radio Mystery Theater presents “It’s Murder Mr Lincoln,” originally broadcast March 18, 1975, as episode 241. Written by Sam Dann and produced and directed by Himan Brown, this historical legal mystery stars Keir Dullea as a young Abraham Lincoln.
In 1837 Springfield, Illinois, Lincoln takes on the defense of Franklin Jones, accused of murder after making a public threat against a local businessman. With the evidence seemingly stacked against his client, the young lawyer must search beyond appearances for the truth.
CBS Radio Mystery Theater presents the original broadcast with a newly produced contextual introduction, a short closing announcement, and gently cleaned/mastered audio for a more consistent listening experience.
