CBS Radio Mystery Theater presents “Terror on the Heath,” originally broadcast November 6, 1974. This is episode 170 of the CBS Radio Network suspense series, hosted by E. G. Marshall.
When David Matson finds unsettling links between himself and Charles Mason, a 19th-century murderer hanged for killings on London’s Hampstead Heath, his fascination becomes a terrifying obsession. Written by Murray Burnett and directed by Himan Brown, the drama stars Shepperd Strudwick, Marian Seldes, and William Redfield.
CBS Radio Mystery Theater presents the original broadcast with a newly produced contextual introduction, a short closing announcement, and gently cleaned/mastered audio for a more consistent listening experience.
