CBS Radio Mystery Theater presents “Ghost Talk,” episode 207, originally broadcast January 17, 1975. Written by Elspeth Eric and directed by Himan Brown, this romantic supernatural drama stars Lenka Peterson, Elliot Reid, Gordon Gould, and Robert Dryden.
After Paul’s death, his devoted widow Melba struggles to let go of the life they shared. When communication seems possible across the boundary between life and death, an angelic messenger introduces a profound spiritual dilemma. A tender, lightly fantastical story of love, grief, and attachment beyond the grave.
CBS Radio Mystery Theater presents this original broadcast with a newly produced contextual introduction, a short closing announcement, and gently cleaned/mastered audio for a more consistent listening experience.
