The Fed raises rates unanimously for the first time in over three years, with 16 of 18 policymakers penciling in another hike this year. The Bank of England is set for a hawkish hold as energy shocks and food prices threaten to push inflation above 4%. Meanwhile, the Bank of Japan faces calls from some policymakers to deliver a half-point move when markets are only pricing in a quarter.
