Escape presents “Classified Secret,” originally broadcast on CBS on April 12, 1953. Written, produced, and directed by Antony Ellis, this espionage drama stars Parley Baer and Miriam Kruschen.
Charlie Rader boards an eastbound bus from North Hollywood bound for New York, only to find that his fellow passengers may know far more about him—and the secret he carries—than they should. As the coach crosses the Southwest, a chance acquaintance named Julie Spaulding joins him on an increasingly uneasy journey.
Escape presents the original broadcast with a newly produced contextual introduction, a short closing announcement, and gently cleaned/mastered audio for a more consistent listening experience.
