The Lone Ranger presents “The Haunted Bunkhouse,” originally broadcast January 15, 1941. This archival episode is episode 1245 of The Lone Ranger, from the Earle Graser era, with John Todd as Tonto.
The Lone Ranger and Tonto ride into the neglected Collins Ranch, where the Collins sisters fear their bunkhouse is haunted. Broken fences, shattered windows, an overgrown trail, and other troubling signs lead the masked rider to suspect that something more tangible is at work.
The Lone Ranger presents the original broadcast with a newly produced contextual introduction, a short closing announcement, and gently cleaned and mastered audio for a more consistent listening experience.
