The Lone Ranger presents “Ghost Canyon,” episode 1400 of The Lone Ranger, originally broadcast January 12, 1942. This local archival recording is part of the continuing “Legion of the Black Arrow” storyline.
With Jim Hamilton apparently fleeing the law, the Lone Ranger investigates a troubling mystery in Ghost Canyon and questions whether the evidence tells the whole story. Written by Fran Striker and produced by George W. Trendle, the episode features Brace Beemer and John Todd.
The Lone Ranger presents the original broadcast with a newly produced contextual introduction, a short closing announcement, and gently cleaned and mastered audio for a more consistent listening experience.
