English mystery novelist Mr. Hopstone and his secretary find themselves caught in a dangerous criminal situation when Hopstone is mistaken for a doctor. Written by John Dickson Carr and starring Roland Young and Peggy Conklin, this compact thriller puts a detective writer’s imagination to an urgent real-world test.
