[Hour 2 - October 9, 2026] Greg & The Morning Buzz: Costco Doors, Octopus Day & Rivet Dating App

The Friday energy continues as Greg and the Morning Buzz crew celebrate the end of the workweek by officially detailing the massive Buzz Fall Hall giveaway. The team hypes up the grand prize—two brand-new Kawasaki Brute Force 450 ATVs and a trailer—and explains how eager listeners can qualify to win this massive recreational package. Later, Kelly Brown steps up to deliver "5 Things You Need to Know," sponsored by Island Marine Services. The crew reacts to a bizarre new viral squishy toy called "Chester Cheeks," debates the merits of a new matchmaking dating app called Rivet that relies on mutual friends instead of algorithms, and learns some mind-blowing biological trivia to celebrate World Octopus Day. Finally, they discuss the surprising distant relatives of actress Sydney Sweeney and a genius new home renovation trend where homeowners are installing small "Costco doors" in their garages to easily slide bulk grocery hauls directly into their pantries.
