In this session, we explore what establishing and maintaining agreements means in relation to the agreements made prior to and throughout a coaching programme between the coach, client, and potential sponsors and stakeholders. We explain what agreements mean in the context of the whole programme as well as the individual sessions and why it's important to spend time to create very clear and specific agreements with our clients and other parties involved in the coaching.
