Christal specializes in comprehensive psychological assessments (psychoeducational, ADHD, Autism, psychodiagnostic, and gifted) and evidence-based therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodivergence. A neurodivergent practitioner and parent herself, Christal brings both clinical expertise and lived experience to her work, offering a trauma-informed and affirming perspective. She is passionate about making high-quality mental health services accessible, empowering clients with clarity, strategies, and support to thrive in school, work, and life.
